Skyline 20-01 Installation Kits

SolarRoofs.com's installation kits are the easiest to use and most complete available! Every part needed to install the solar loop is included. All you need to supply is the tubing insulation. A sample 6 foot piece of high temp insulation is included so you know exactly what you need.

All system kits include a unique "Rail and Ell" collector mounting system with a Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) Wind Test Structural Certification by Healey & Associates of 2,392 Pa or 50 psf which is equal to a wind load of 150 miles per hour.

The Solar Loop Kit comes with a 50' roll of 1/2" OD soft copper, 2 compression unions, "Easy Connect" collector feed and return line kit. 25' of wire and Installation and Owners Manual. (A top connect, for limited space situations, is available as #QCX2.) These FSEC / SRCC Florida kits include 2 temperature gauges and a "mixing valve" to mix cold water into the solar hot water when solar water temperatures are too high.

Mounting Kits - SolarRoofs offers two ways to "flush" mount your systems collectors as well as optional "Tilt Kits" for up to 3 collectors per kit.

The standard "Stacked" Collector Array Installation Kit is for 1 through 3 collectors: Includes 1 compression Ell for the feed; 1 compression TEE, one 150 Lb pressure relief valve and air vent with pre-soldered adaptor; 1 through roof compression Ell, 2" stick of 1/2" OD copper for the return, 2 roof boots. The special request "Side by Side" Collector Array Installation Kits for 2 or 3 collectors: Includes 2 compression Ells, 1 compression TEE for the feed; 1 compression ell, 2 compression TEEs, one 150 Lb pressure relief valve and air vent with pre-soldered adaptor to connect to compression TEE for the return, 2 - 2" sticks of 1/2" OD copper, 2 roof boots.
